Jake Rodar is a native New Mexican and attended the University of New Mexico. The former Vice President of the company, he became the President and CEO of Reynolds Insurance in 2008 when he purchased the company from the estate of Ransom Reynolds.  Jake oversees the operations of the company as well as working with new and existing clients in all areas of insurance, primarily business insurance.

Shona Rodar is a native of New Mexico.  She studied Communications at the University of New Mexico and the American College of London.  Her background is in Office/Retail Management, Human Resources, Team Building, and Corporate Technology and Customer Service Training.  As the Operations Manager for Reynolds Insurance she oversees all human resources, financial management and technological aspects of the business.  She is also very involved in her children's school communities and a proud founder/board member of the Ransom Reynolds Memorial Foundation.

Maryanne Cornell moved to Santa Fe in 1985 and joined Reynolds Insurance that year in personal insurance. In 1987 she moved into business insurance which is now her specialty.  Maryanne manages a large portion of the business insurance at Reynolds. She  continues her education in insurance by taking a wide variety of courses in CPCU, CIC and other insurance educational programs. Maryanne is a licensed Agent and the Vice President of Reynolds Insurance

Vicki joined Reynolds Insurance in 2005 as our receptionist following 4 years in administration in the Santa Fe public schools. She manages our reception area, phone and fax systems, and all incoming and out going mail. Vicki's talent at multitasking comes in very handy in our often busy environment.
